All products from Fairbloom’s Cottage is HANDMADE. Literally done start to finish in a hands on process, no ‘set it and forget it’ computerized machines are use. No pre-made/pre-fabbed or made to assemble parts/kits are used. Only raw materials that are come together as a finished product after hours of work.
Due to the nature of my work and my products being handmade, slight variations across products are normal and should be expected. These variations do not impact the quality or functionality of any product, are a natural part of the handmade process.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, LOST PACKAGES:
All bath product, personal hygiene product, or hair accessory sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
Fairbloom’s Cottage retains the right to deny refunds, returns or exchages. If issued, refunds are contingent on the return of the product in new, unwashed, unopened, unstained or otherwise undamaged condition. Refunds will ONLY be issued after product is back in Fairbloom’s Cottage possession. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Fairbloom’s Cottage.
